This large wooden bowl was original a product of the California Redwood Forest, and after painting an arial ocean scene in the bottom I covered it in resin. Each time I peer into it I feel as if have a magic bowl that has captured a bit of the sea inside, and the resin creates depth and atmosphere with clouds that gleam.
