This piece reminds me of the way ice forms, like a powerful iceberg in progress. When I look at it I often feel like there is a quiet deep power slowly growing beneath the surface an I have that same power. I used many finishing techniques on this piece, dry brushing and line work to create directionality, flower, and depth.

Hand built deep set wood cradled 24x24 covered in 2 layers of art resin. This one of a kind painting was displayed at Mcclains’ Coffee and Gallery for two months and is now home and available for purchase. I do not make prints of this one of a kind item. D-rings and hanging wire already attached for easy hanging, the sides are painting so it can be hung without any additional frame!
